"Soprano Mira Alkhovik made her debut in the role of Mimi. She unquestionably has the youth and voice of her character. Her vocal and stage performance was excellent...her half-tones, her expressiveness, her voice rich in colour and harmony were much appreciated by the audience.

Tenor Galeano Salas and Mira Alkhovik portrayed a moving couple, without ever going over the top, earning rapturous applause, particularly at the end of the first act."

61 Tenor Viñas Contest

"...As in the final (where she sang Schubert and Tchaikovski) she repeated a magnificent "Suleika and Wehmut" by the great Franz Schubert, well accompanied on piano by Rodrigo de Vega. Just by her manner of presentation and her attire one could sense something special about her and her work. It is a lyric with coppery reflections in the centre and medium of her voice..."
Jorge Binaghi
61 Tenor Viñas Contest

"...The great scene of Tatiana's letter from Eugene Onegin was then sung by the second prize winner, the aforementioned Mira Alkhovik, and although the orchestra was very heavy, she once again imposed her class, her sense of nuance, her innate good taste, and her exemplary way of never forcing her voice..."
Jorge Binaghi
61 Tenor Viñas Contest

"...Mira Alkhovik (2nd prize) would demonstrate in the letter scene from the Eugene Onegin, that even such an intimate interpretation can move into dramatically expressive singing..."
Marcelo Cervelló
Amour in in Orphée et Euridice

"...Mira Alkhovik's performances as Amor are brief and concise thanks to her bright and unerring soprano..."
Peter Wäch
Amour in in Orphée et Euridice

"...Mira Alkhovik as Amour completes the trio and provides a good contrast with her slender, youthfully fresh soprano..."
Jan Krobot
Amour in in Orphée et Euridice

"...Mira Alkhovik (Amour) fits perfectly into the picture, both visually and vocally..."
Christian Berzins
Verbier Festival Academy

"...or Rossini's Canzonetta spagnuola (soprano Mira Alkhovik), which surpasses virtuosity through the dramaturgy of its words..."
Thibault Vicq
Anna in Nabucco

"...Finally, Mira Alkhovik, a student at the Bern University of the Arts, is remarkable in the small role of Anna..."
Sabrina Christ
4th International Haydn Competition

"...At the same time, soprano Mira Alkhovik was at least as impressive with her confident expression and convincing creative power - she ultimately won second prize..."
